TREASURE Sketchabilities #90

Using Prima and Jodie Lee's Fairy Rhymes I followed the sketch and created my page. This is my oldest daughter Jacey. She always wore my Mother's Shoes.  She was a girly girl until about Grade 4 then Jeans and Tshirt only.  So I kinda treasure these photo's of when I could buy her clothes and she would play dress up.  I put the banners on dowels and fussy cut a photo and put it on image. I hope you get time to join us at sketchabilities. http://www.bloglovin.com/frame?post=986978373&group=0&frame_type=fb&blog=2036962&link=aHR0cDovL3NrZXRjaGFiaWxpdGllcy5ibG9nc3BvdC5jb20vMjAxMy8wNC9za2V0Y2gtOTAtZGVzaWduLXRlYW0tcmV2ZWFsLmh0bWw&click=0&user=0

SOUS Carousel Cuties April 12-25, 2013

I found some time today to work on a 2 page LO. I used the current Stuck on you sketch. seen here.

Here is my page. I had a little trouble cropping.  I used Prima Lyric collection. A Martha Stewart punch, Recollection flowers. Cupcake wrappers and a DA chippy painted with distress stain. The pic is of my Daughter's Cherish, Taylene, Karrah and my nephew Asher.  Downtown Disney carousel ride.

About A Girl Mini sketch challenge

Here is my first page for About a Girl Challenge Blog.  Following the sketch provided.

I used some Pion Paper, martha stewart Punch, Martha stewart Stucco effects and a Crafters workshop stencil, Dusty Attic chippy painted black then added crackle accents, Crochet trim and Prima flowers.  The pics are of My daughter Serena and her BFF in Kindergarten. I hope you get time to check out the Brand new Challenge at About a Girl.

Sketchabilities 89 Faith, Hope, Love

I love the sketch and I was able to use some Kaisercraft Paper I won from a Saturday Sketch.  My son had turned 21 in March and I can't help but feel blessed to have him in my Life.  He had a rough start. During the C-Section I remember praying for a boy then not realizing at first he was in trouble then praying he would cry and breath.  Both prayers were answered. Baby Robert spent some time at the Children's Hospital in the neonatal unit. Then a couple weeks at our Local hospital before coming home. I hope you find time to join us at Sketchabilities. http://www.bloglovin.com/frame?post=940121259&group=0&frame_type=fb&blog=2036962&link=aHR0cDovL3NrZXRjaGFiaWxpdGllcy5ibG9nc3BvdC5jb20vMjAxMy8wNC9za2V0Y2gtODkuaHRtbA&click=0&user=0

Loves to Scrap "Cut it Out" challenge

Happy Monday!  I have a couple reveals today. 3 Actually.  Here is my page for Loves to Scrap. You have 2 weeks to create a project using Punches or Die cuts.  I am teaching a flower making workshop  next  weekend  so I practiced with a 5 petal punch. The large red flowers are all made with a punch. I then used a mist to get the color i wanted.  I also used a Punch around the page punch on the outside of the layout.  My image is from I used the showgirl image from Sassy Studio Designs. http://buysassystudiodesigns.blogspot.ca  I used a very old photo but thought it was perfect for this image.  I hope you find some time to play at loves to scrap.
